You will receive a notice that the owner has rejected your booking. In those cases, you can find another vehicle in our marketplace. If you need assistance finding a vehicle, please contact your Driver Success Agent, or go to your dashboard and click "Contact Support.” We will have a representative reach out to you as soon as possible.
Note: We recommend that you make at least 5 to 10 booking requests to expedite the booking process. The first car owner that approves your booking is the car for which you will be charged; the rest automatically cancel. You will only be charged for the one confirmed booking.
