If an owner cancels more than two consecutive bookings a month, all listings from the owner will be deactivated and are subject to having their account suspended. To cancel a rental, the car owner will need to:
A. Submit a request to HyreCar’s customer service team by going to their Dashboard and clicking “Contact Support”, AND
B. Call their Owner Success agent.
Rental can only be canceled by HyreCar after insurance has been issued on the rental.
Rental can be canceled by a car owner after a confirmed booking but without insurance issuance. At this point, the driver will get an alert on the phone that booking has been canceled. Driver must inform HyreCar through Dashboard->Contact Support so that a refund can be initiated. It takes 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect on the bank account.
