Hours: 6:00am-11:30pm PST Monday-Saturday and 9:00am-3:00pm Sunday
If you need your vehicle towed during regular business hours, a support agent will help to dispatch a tow truck; please call our support number (213) 805-8677 and follow the prompts. After hours, the owner is responsible for calling the tow company and paying for the tow. If the owner is unavailable, the driver will call up the tow company and coordinate accordingly. The driver must note the location of the tow lot. If any fee is paid, the receipt must be kept.
The rental must be active with current insurance.
The limit is 30 miles from pickup to drop off location.
On late rentals, we are not responsible for tow or repo fees if an owner decides to tow or repo the vehicle without HyreCar’s consent.
Recovering the vehicle from an impound lot:
The owner is fully responsible for recovering the vehicle; the owner should do so as soon as possible to lessen cost. If a vehicle has been towed to an impound lot due to illegal parking or abandonment of vehicle, HyreCar will provide all the relevant information to retrieve the car from the impound lot.
