Drivers sometimes run late; please contact him/her immediately and get an update. If you need our help reaching the driver, or if s/he will be more than a few hours late, please contact HyreCar by going to your dashboard and clicking “Customer Support.” We will help you get your car back safe and sound! We will also extend the insurance until you have your car back, so that both you and the driver are covered.
