Can a Driver also be a Partner:
Yes, a driver can switch to a partner account and vice versa via the dashboard but cannot be both a driver and owner at the same time. Go to your dashboard and click on “Become a Car Owner” or “Become a Driver.”
Contact Support: is how you contact HyreCar
Search Drivers: shows potential drivers in your area by using the sort filter. My Vehicles: is used to upload and maintain your vehicles. It includes:
active and past rental information (VIN, plate, price and location)
current status of any rental
a link to advertise your HyreCar listing on Craigslist
driver’s contact information
important documents (insurance, registration, 19 point check inspection, driver’s DL)
option to disallow extension
your rental contracts, both original and extension.
Deleted Cars: shows cars that you have deleted from the portal. You can re-list your car at anytime. Contact HyreCar if you need assistance with a vehicle that has failed inspection.
My Earnings: is your accounting page that shows all past payments. Payment is issued once a booking is confirmed and insurance issued; it takes 3-5 business days to process.
Messages: is where you view and send messages.
My Profile: is where you will be able to view your profile picture along with other personal details like name, date of birth, address and license information.
Add Credit Card: is where you can update payment information.
Add ACH information: is where you input your bank information for direct deposit.
Change Password: is where you will be able to reset your password.
Invite Friends: is where you can earn referral money. Once you fill in your email address, you can send an automated email inviting your friends to join you in making money on HyreCar. Contract History: is where you will be able to view your current and past rental contracts, including the contracts that are generated each time you extend your rental. You can access each unique contract under “Documents”. “Rental Contract” refers to the current one on a given rental and “All Rental Contracts” will show the original and older extension contracts.
