Drivers have the ability to extend rentals at any time, as long as the vehicle Owner has not requested that the car be returned for maintenance. Extensions can be made either on the HyreCar app or website by accessing the current rental under "My Reservations" and following the prompts to extend.
Owners should be open to accepting 2-day rental requests, as most Drivers start with a couple of days then extend their rentals long-term. Rentals can vary in length, ranging from a week to a month or more.
