Plans change, and HyreCar will always do our best to accommodate Drivers and Owners. If a Driver needs to pick a rental up early, they must also arrange this with the vehicle Owner. While we can move up the dates of your rental for you, this depends on the availability of the owner to meet and exchange the vehicle the same day.
Keep in mind that the check-in date and time will automatically adjust to whenever the check-in process is completed, there's no need to reach out to HyreCar support. Driver's can always extend their rental if they need to keep the vehicle for longer than originally planned.
