Drivers experiencing issues taking photos during the background check process should:
1. Have the latest app version downloaded from the Apple App Store/Google Play Store
2. Place the driver's license on a level, flat surface with a dark, non-patterned background
3. Turn OFF the flash to prevent glares

5. Be patient, the images will be snapped once they come into focus

6. If the app crashes mid-submission, try logging out and back into the app
