    Some of these rates are just a bit high. If the insurance and fees were included I would be interested

    I've had a great experience with my rental and have probably the coolest owner ever. My only issue is with the rebate program I've had no problem getting my weekly rebate but my 30-day rebate has still not been posted two weeks on after requesting I'm hoping hyrecar will resolve this quickly today

    Hello I'm Faith Wideman. My driving experience with hyrecar was the best thing ever.. I had the coolest owner I could ever ask for. But need to rent the car again.. I've the owner that I was renting his car today.. I've been looking forward to renting a car today.. But now hyrecar is asking me for a $ 200.00 deposit. All I have is my rental fee.. Not that $ 200.00 deposit. So now I can't work driving for Lyft. Im actually crying my eyes out as I write this comment. Some people like myself is struggling out here. When I drive for Lyft I'm happy.. I'm uplifted.. can't wait to go to work.. meeting interesting people.. but now because I don't have a $ 200.00 deposit.. an I only have my rental fee.. my dreams have turned into nightmares.. hyrecar.. I love your service.. and I did everything I was told.. but why are you charging me a $ 200.00 deposit. When I didn't pay that in the beginning of my contact. I need this right now.. ALL I want to do is drive. And work my job.. please help me.

    Faith....did you ever find a solution? If not, here is a way around it. If you start the rental with a actual credit card, it won't require a deposit. Then time to extend, change card to debit card and continue on from there. It requires deposit only if starting a contract with a debit card. Hope this helps and my heart goes out to your dismay. :^)

Then time to extend, change card to debit card and continue on from there. It requires deposit only if starting a contract with a debit card.     I wanted to say thank you to both the owner of my rental car, as well as HyreCar for promptly depositing the PROMO rebate money into my account.
    I love having the added income from driving for Uber and the convenient ability to rent a car and the insurance be included in the fees charged.
